1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

3. Eligibility & Jurisdiction

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All such offers are governed by the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders only. Unverified accounts cannot claim or withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
• Welcome bonuses apply to first deposits only. Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, and per IP address.

6. Fair Play & Game Rules

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary platform unavailability. cv9999 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore services promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

11. Account Closure & Termination

You may request the closure of your cv9999 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified Funds in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any pending withdrawal conditions or outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

cv9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or if continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users. In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, cv9999 is not obligated to return any Funds that are linked to, or derived from, the prohibited activity.
